Will-call queue
Call-first customers who are due — cadence lapsed or the PAR model estimates them low. Call, then one click puts the stop on the board. Mango's CALL-lane dance is gone.
Over balance
Balances sync hourly from QuickBooks.

Review & post deliveries
Every delivered stop drafts its invoice here. Fix swap counts, then post — it hits the customer's balance instantly. Nothing posts without your eyes on it.

Month-end billing run
no runBills the month in arrears — rentals and plans due through the period. Preview first; nothing posts without your eyes on it. Amounts freeze at first preview (cancel + re-preview after a rate change).

Customer statements
Opening balance, the month's charges and payments, closing balance, and aging — the print view IS the PDF. Sending is per-channel and never automatic.

Card payments (Authorize.net)
Dad's existing merchant account — vault charging, autopay on post, dunning. Keys go straight from the Authorize.net portal into this form; never share them anywhere else.
Push to QuickBooks
Sends invoices posted here (billing runs, deliveries, late fees) into QBO so nobody re-keys them. Only invoices created after the first enable ever push.
Integrations
Connecting these turns on texting, payments, accounting sync, and live truck tracking.

Switch from ARS
Bring the book over from Route Manager, safely and repeatably. In ARS run a report (Reports → Route Reports → Management), export it to Excel, save as CSV — or just copy the rows and paste them here. Nothing changes until you review the match preview and click Apply, and every row keeps a receipt of exactly what happened.
